31 Bites: Food in the Philippines

I’m so happy that I’m finally able to join the Write31 challenge. I found it too late last year, but I was able to read some pretty interesting stuff. Now, I’d like to make a little contribution of my own to the ever-growing Write31 archives.

It’s difficult to narrow the cuisine of the Philippine to a mere 31 dishes. There are multiple subtle variations in ingredients and cooking time, and there are local names that are either popular or obscure. I’ve picked my family’s 31 favorites, and trust me – it’s going to be a DELICIOUS October. Keep an eye on this page, because magic is going to happen!
